Raising the bar for Health & Safety
We promote Health & Safety at Director level and consider ourselves to be a progressive firm. We have recently integrated Workshop Seminars to be carried out yearly and there is a multiple choice examination at the end. All foremen are deemed to be Site Safety Supervisors (SSS) and certified.
Site Safety Supervisor
Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) also receives necessary training in respect of first aid, face-fit mask, mobile towers and manual handling. Their knowledge is of course past onto the rest of the site team and they are checked on their site set-up by our contracts manager.
House Keeping/ Safety
We have dedicated regional teams that carry out House Keeping on a daily basis. “Our workforce understands that safety is vital ingredient to our supply chain relationship” and housekeeping is part of that.
Continuous Improvement
We appreciate that technological advancements are continually evolving. We take on board site rules and suggestions that are in everyone’s interest. For example… we will use extraction Hoovers, insure Company (Logo) Hi-viz are worn and also provide Traffi gloves onsite. Paslode gun users carry their cards in their pockets at all time whilst on site. All Paslode gun users are trained by Paslode representatives. All sites are provided with FFP3 masks, goggles and disposable ear-plugs.
