Founder of the group. Started his career as an electrical engineer in the 1960s and then decided to have a stint at carpentry & joinery subcontracting forming the company in 1974.…and the rest is history!
Previously worked as a PQS in the City for 6 years. This was followed by a career path working for a national contractor and then a major house builder. He decided to join the family business in 2002.
Ishvinder joined the family business in 2020. He is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of projects for the company while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.
Joined the business in 1978 as a site supervisor. He is now Contracts Manager overseeing the running of all sites with both client and tradesmen interface. He is key in ensuring that all site supervisors adhere to the standards set out in our vision. statement.
Sonia joined the company in 2008 as a Personal Assistant and she has evolved into Operations Manager and is now in charge of implementing the right processes and practices across the organization, which includes formulating strategy, improving performance, securing compliance and making sure health and safety regulations are in place and are being followed.
Project Manager Officer
Lili joined the company in 2018, she is in charge of managing and allocating resources effectively across all projects, by managing priorities based on timelines, budgets, resource loads and what-if analysis information and accordingly providing the right resources, at the right time. She also defines roles and responsibilities needed on any given project.
Katie is the latest addition to RK Joinery, she joined in 2021 providing office support to the team to allow for the smooth-running of the business. Her duties include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
